Kiev, the capital city of Ukraine, is one of the most famous tourist destination in the country. This city has extremely rich history and there are plenty of things to see and do. For example, there is the famous Pechersk Lavra, whih is a huge complex of Cave Monasteries.  This amazing Lavra is more than one thousand years old and is so beautiful that is listed on the UNESCO World’s Heritage List. In Kiev there are also many extremely interesting museums, that present very difficult but extremely interesting history at the same time. One of them is definitely the Museum of the Great Patriotic War, which is located very close to another great place – the Pechersk Lavra. There is also the huge monument of Mother Ukraine, which can be easily seen from far away as it is 102 meters high. However, there are many other amazing places in Ukraine. There are great big cities (as for example Lviv or Odessa) but also many other, less known but equally interesting towns. For example, if you like castles, you should definitely visit Gaspra. You can also visit Chervonograd, where bridge stands over amazing waterfall. As you can see, the choice is really big!
